From the TOP 10 of the most preferred neighborhoods for the purchase of a two-bedroom apartment, only Lozenets can offer as many homes as they are looking for. Lozenets and Iztok are also in the TOP 3 of the most preferred apartments for purchase last year. In 2019, they did not change their positions compared to 2018. Ivan Vazov, who was in the ninth position in 2018, rises to fourth place. The Shooting Range also enters the TOP 5. The quarter keeps its position for the second consecutive year. Youth 1 is one position down from a year earlier – from fifth to sixth place. The situation is identical with Geo Milev – from the sixth to the seventh position in 2019. In the TOP 10 of the most preferred for the purchase of housing in the capital, there are also more. The prices per square meter of living space in the quarters in question decreased only in Strelbishte – 5%. In the center of the capital and Izgrev the increase is 8% and 9% respectively. With the exception of Mladost 1, in all remaining quarters of the TOP 10, the average price per square meter is four-digit, with the most expensive being traded in Euro 16 in Ivan. The last quarter is one of the few in which, over the last two decades, most of the houses have been replaced by analysts, analyzers, and so on.
