As Admin, you can turn ON/OFF front end submission and enable one of the following options:
1. FREE user submission (users can send properties from their profile without any restrictions)
2. PAID submission, with extra fee for FEATURED listing (users pay a fee for each submission and they can also choose to pay an extra fee to have their listings featured, meaning always show on top).
3. MEMBERSHIP submission. With this option enabled ADMIN can create packages by x days, x weeks, x months or x years and set a different fee for each package. Users can subscribe to a package (recurring or not) from User Dashboard. Packages include listings of which x number can be featured.
